This delicious, refreshing and versatile squash is also utterly guilt free.

I regularly flush my system with this blood builder and today I added some raw beetroot and mint leaves that needed using up. It was delicious!

It takes about 3 minutes to chuck together and there are no rules to it. You’ll need a cloth for juice extraction, a blender and the following ingredients:

2 Pints water

50 grams Jaggery (Goor)

1/2 a large pomegranate (don’t be afraid to add a bit of pith as well)

1/2 a lemon

A thumb of ginger

1 small raw beetroot

Mint leaves to serve (optional)

Add more or less of the above ingredients according to your taste then follow my tutorial above and enjoy!
