These sugar free, lunch box delights will keep for ages, keep YOU going for ages AND fit into almost any pocket!

- 2 x cups Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup sprouted Buckwheat (optional or substite for millet or seed mix – get creative!)
- 1 cup fresh Coconut
- 1 cup chopped Dates
- 4 Ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup Sultanas
- I small Vanilla pod
- Cinnamon to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Ground linseed for binding (Optional – subject to ripeness and size of bananas)
The recipe and method are versatile so can be formed into bites, biscuits, flapjacks or molded into muffin cases before being dehydrated. They last for ages in or out of the fridge and provide a healthy source of energy.
